Day : 1 - Riverside property

We pick you up from Cochin International Airport and we head to Aleppey via NH66. On the way we shall have lunch from a restaurant where we can enjoy a traditional Kerala meals with Fish delicacies of the region. After checking into the beautiful riverside rooms, you can relax the whole afternoon. By evening we can go on a small boat ride by the Pampa river. On getting back to the resort you can try your hand at fishing by the river side. We shall privide angling kits as well as you can try your hand at fishing using fishing nets. We shall also have a Barbeque by the river side so that you can grill all that catch by the Barbeque.

Day : 2 - A tour of Kuttanad

On day 2 we go on a delightful tour of Kuttanad by car. Kuttanad is a wide stretch of low lying land interlinked by canals, rivers, lakes and backwaters spread across the Alleppey, Pathanamthitta and Kottayam districts of Kerala. Kuttanad is also one among the few stretches of land that lies beneath the sea level a credit which it shares along with the low lands of Netherlands. The beauty of Kuttanad is breath taking and is often considered as the prettiest part of Kerala with its numerous rivers and water bodies and paddy fields. At lunch time we shall stop by a toddy shop by the river to enjoy fresh toddy and sea food delicacies of the region. After lunch we shall return to the resort where you can relax through the afternoon. By 5.30 PM we shall head out on a long walk through the lovely paddy fields and river sides.

Day : 3 - Water ferry service

On day 3 we shall enjoy some extensive cycling/bike tours of the region in the morning. After break fast you can relax in the resort by a hammock by the river side just taking in the scenery and the quietness of the nature. By afternoon we shall take a State water transport ferry across to Edathua. The 1 hour boat ride will be a pleasant experience as it will also give you an insight into the daily lives of the villagers by the kuttanad waterways. We shall pick you up from Edathua Ferry and proceed to Thottappally beach park where you can spend the last evening of the trip by the wide and quite beach of Thottappally.

Day : 4 - The Backwaters of Kerala

Day 4 is a special day in the trip because we have an exciting Day full-day cruise through the enchanting backwaters covering 3 districts of Kerala. The cruise is done from Alleppey Boat Jetty on a Catamaran boat and the cruise starts from 11.30 Am and we return to the Alleppey Boat Jetty by 4-30 - 5 PM. The cruise will take the travelers from Alleppey to the Furthest point about 25 kms away to the north of the massive Vembanad lake and through the Vembanad lakes Eastern side we shall be cruising to Kumarakom and then a tour of the Kuttanad region by the boat.

Day : 5 - Cochin City Tour

On day 4 you can relax in the resort through out the morning. Just before lunch time we check out and head towards Cochin. On the way we shall have a Traditional Kerala lunch from Alapuzha city. We shall also give you a short city tour of Alapuzha town. Alapuzha is called the venice of the East with its numerous canals and life by the canals. We shall also be going into Fort Kochi and Ernakulam city for a short city tour. After the short tour of Ernakulam by late afternoon we shall drop you back to the Airport for you to catch your return flight.
